My question, has anyone else been in a similar situation to me and gone the DDP Yoga route? if so, what can you tell me about your experience and timeline of improvement. I'm only two days in and the work outs are much harder than I anticipated but in a good way. I normally am more of a weight lifting type guy and never really considered yoga, but I can't ignore the testimonials of the people who have had their lives changed. I've decided to throw in with DDP Yoga and see if it's something that could help me. I did a course of PT and it helped for a bit but it slid back to where it is now pretty quick. Didn't do it hard and it was an accident, but that pain radiated up and down my arms for days and caused even more cramping in my hands. Goofing around with my wife and she accidently chopped me on the wrist.

Like, just picking up my morning coffee I could feel my arms getting fatigued. Dropping stuff and fumbling where as normally it was never an issue. Cramps in my hands making it hard to even game. Nerve pain that radiates through my arms and legs constantly.

I've been dealing with some crazy symptoms. Long story short, I'm 42 and I was diagnosed with congenital cervical spinal stenosis and congenital lumbar spinal stenosis.
